	Perfect Record Award In accordance with the OSHA record keeping requirements, a company, unit and/or facility must have continued without the occurrence of an occupational injury or illness involving days away from work or death for a period of at least 12 consecutive months.
	Million Work Hours Award In accordance with the OSHA record keeping requirements, a company, unit and/or facility must have continued without the occurrence of an occupational injury or illness involving days away from work or death.  Applicant must have accomplished 1 million consecutive work hours over this period.
	Four Year Perfect Safety Record In accordance with the OSHA record keeping requirements, a company, unit and/or facility must have continued without the occurrence of an occupational injury or illness involving days away from work or death for a period of at least 4 consecutive years.
	National Safety Council’s Safety Leadership Award Recognizes participants (companies, units and/or facilities) that have achieved five consecutive "perfect record" years, operating without incurring an occupational injury or illness resulting in days away from work or death.
	Occupational Excellence Achievement Award Recognizes participants that have reported injuries and illnesses that involved days away from work, equal to or less than 50% of the BLS rate for their 6-digit NAICS Code, and have had no fatalities during a calendar year, January 1 through December 31.
